What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought.
• Payment confirmation from our payment provider — never your full card number.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working and improve it.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions, handle returns, meet accounting and tax obligations, and — only where the law allows it — measure our advertising.

Who processes it

Orders, payments and product data are processed by Wix, which hosts our store and checkout. Carriers receive the delivery details needed to deliver your parcel. Email and analytics providers process data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout may stop working if you block the essential ones.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require (usually six to seven years). Support messages are kept for two years. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email us through the contact form and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
