Using this site
By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to place an order. Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it aggressively or interfere with other customers.
Products and pricing
Product content, prices and stock are pulled from our Wix store and can change at any time. We work hard to keep them accurate, but if a listed price or availability turns out to be wrong we'll contact you before charging anything and you can cancel.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer. It's accepted when payment is authorised and we confirm the order by email. Payment is taken by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details. All prices are in USD unless shown otherwise.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to your address. See the shipping policy for details.
Returns
Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The Windfell name, this site's design and our written content belong to us or our licensors. Product names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products we sell.
Liability
We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, but not for losses that weren't foreseeable, business losses, or delays outside our control. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. If you have a question, contact us — we'd rather sort it out directly.
