Shipping policy
How and when your order reaches you — processing times, delivery estimates and what shipping costs.
Order processing
Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. If something you ordered is delayed, we email you before the estimate runs out rather than after it.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom & European Union: 5–9 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–10 business days
- Rest of world: 8–16 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks can add a few days, and peak periods (late November through December) can add more.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate of $4.90 applies. The exact price for your basket is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check progress any time on the order tracking page.
Duties and taxes
Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Import duties, if your country charges them, are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't moved in seven days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Please photograph damaged packaging before opening further where you can.
